Service Agreement
- All bookings made through Nour Baserti are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or amend bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Our services include transportation between the specified locations. Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information.
- Our drivers are committed to providing safe and reliable services. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other external factors.
Bookings and Cancellations
- Bookings can be made online, through our mobile application, or by contacting our customer service.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur charges.
- If the customer fails to show up within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
Payment Policy
- Payments can be made in cash or via online payment methods as specified during the booking process.
- All fares are inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges unless otherwise stated.
- Additional charges may apply for special requests, such as extra luggage or child seats.
Liability
- Nour Baserti is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the journey.
- In case of an accident, our insurance coverage complies with local regulations and covers passengers during the trip.
- We shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
Code of Conduct
- Customers must treat our drivers and staff with respect. Any form of abuse or misconduct will not be tolerated.
- Smoking, eating, or drinking is not allowed inside the vehicles unless permitted by the driver.
- Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the trip and may be charged for repairs.
